Oldest Yoga of the World

Dear Readers !

Yoga, or 'Yog', literally meaning union in Sanskrit language, is the unification of one's individual consciousness (the Soul) to the Omnipresent Lord - the only source of infinite Bliss and Peace.

So why does one need Yoga?
We are Souls. A Soul needs something beyond
material pleasure. It is explained by the unending
quest of 'something else' in spite of all feats of life.
One has to know his true needs, beyond the current
requirements. And for that, he has to know his SELF
- the Soul or spirit. Yoga makes a Soul achieve that
'something else' - the universal consciousness. Yoga
cannot be limited to the physical exercises.

Vihangam Yoga is no new technique, but the same eternal science of Yoga, practised by ancient Indian saints. To start, one has to practice this simple, yet amazingly powerful meditation for just 10 minutes regularly, under the guidance of all pervading spiritual master, the Sadguru. In a very short span of time, practitioners register multi-dimensional improvements, many verified by several scientific communities the world over: Minimized stress and anxiety. Negative thoughts get replaced by positivity and enthusiasm. Better physical and psychological health. Very quick de-addiction. Better sleep.Dramatic rise in alertness with a simultaneous increase in the level of relaxation. Enhanced memory, attention, decision making. Improvement in the moral values – one becomes a better person from within.

These life transforming effects endure forever. While these benefits may sound interesting, the spiritual achievements are truly unmatched. The journey of Vihangam Yoga is covered in five stages of meditation. In the first level, the mind is controlled, resultingin higher concentration, memory, will power etc.Stage two is about the purification of mind. Theuniversal word AUM (¬) is realized here. Thepractitioner draws his scattered spiritual powersinwards. Creativity and intelligence increase. In stage three, the mind becomes highlyfocussed and subtle. At the end of this level,Kundalini awakens automatically with Sadguru'sblessings. All prevalent methods of Yoga fall short ofthis level. Beyond this, the fourth and fifth levelsare conscious levels of meditation, for Self Realization and finally God Realization.

It is a myth that one must give up all his duties toget spiritual. In fact, the reverse is true. A truly spiritual person is blessed with success in all domains of life simultaneously - duties, wealth, worldly desires and Moksha.Spirituality often gets confined within the sectwiserituals or at max the good deeds such as theacts of charity. The good deeds do return worldlyrewards but cannot help one achieve the ultimategoal of life. Spirituality cannot be based on theplatform of thoughts or by intellectualinterpretation of Holy Scriptures. It is about the reallife experiences.

Come; explore the unexplored science of
spirituality.
